Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders taken on Saturday or Sunday will be processed 2 to 3 days from the following Monday.
In stock items will ship within 3 to 10 days. Out of stocks or backorderes please allow 2 to 6 weeks for shipment. We will notify of out of stocks or backorders as soon as possible.
Freight will be shipped standard UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. The above chart(UPS only)will give you approx. arrival date from our warehouse outside of Philadelphia, Pa. to your doorstep. If you need your order shipped next day, 2nd day (Etc), please contact us at sales@catsonlystore.com Oversized Freight PolicyIf item has an * next to it, that indicates that it must be shipped "oversized". UPS considers packages 84" - 108" in length and girth "oversize", UPS will charge an "oversize" rate of at least 30lbs no matter even if the weight is significantly less. If a package is 109" - 130" in length and girth combined UPS charges "oversize" charge of 70lbs, even if packages weighs significantly less than 70lbs. Yow will be notified if we need to charge you "oversize" pricing, although this is rare some items do require "oversize" shipping charge.
